David Batchelor: New Skin for the Old Ceremony

We are pleased to present a solo exhibition by David Batchelor (b. 1955, Dundee). Over three decades, Batchelor has drawn inspiration from colours and forms he encounters within urban environments. Across sculpture, painting, photography, printmaking and site-specific installations, his work is a celebration of colour and its many manifestations in contemporary life. Newly commissioned works for this exhibition see his distinctive style translated into new media, including textile and intricate glass beadwork.
