Yes. This ant bites hard, so that blood comes out. But kona-kona is the ant's nest. Inside of it there is [what we call] a white beard [larvae] that is eaten. When people grab these nests, many ants come out defending their little houses, the kona-kona. The Yanomami always eat that little white beard inside the nest.
